Cancellation Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with The Bearded Speaker. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms: 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing via email or a signed agreement. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted fee is required to confirm the booking and secure the event date. 2. Payment Terms The remaining balance is due 7 days after the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as per industry-standard late fees. 3. Travel and Accommodation Travel and accommodation expenses (if required) are not included in the service fee and will be billed separately. These costs will be discussed and approved by the client prior to booking. International events may require additional fees for visa arrangements, extended travel times, and other related costs. 4. Use of Media and Testimonials The Bearded Speaker reserves the right to capture media (photos, videos) during the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any client testimonials provided may be used in marketing materials with due credit. 5. Liability and Indemnity While all services will be delivered to the best of our abilities, The Bearded Speaker shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by events outside our control. The client agrees to indemnify The Bearded Speaker against any claims or damages arising out of their failure to comply with these terms.
